Emily McArthur

I grew up near Trochu and am excited to be returning for my third year at Delburne Centralized School.  I have a passion for supporting students in developing essential life skills such as problem-solving, creativity, and hands-on building through Industrial Arts. This year I will be teaching English 9, Social Studies 9, Social Studies 20-2, Grade 6 Physical Education, and Shop for grades 5–12.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy hiking, curling, rock climbing, camping and spending time with my friends and family. I believe that learning is a journey we take together, and I’m always striving to grow alongside my students. I look forward to building meaningful projects, sparking curiosity, and creating a positive and engaging classroom environment this year.
