Athletic News

Senior High Basketball is Up and Going!

Both our Senior Girls and Boys Basketball teams had their first home game of the season on Monday, December 12. Pigeon Lake came to town and took two hard fought wins against our Trojans. The girls lost 34 - 49 and the boys lost 67 - 55. Their next home game is on Wednesday, December 14 against the Rimbey Spartens....come out and cheer on our teams starting at 6:00.

JH Basketball Started Strong

Junior High basketball official began last week!! Our Trojans hosted St. Marguerite's from Innisfail last Thursday, and both Trojan's posted over 50 points on the board, with the opposition scoring much less! What a great way to begin the season!! On Friday and Saturday, Dec 16 and 17, both A teams competed in a round robin tournament in Olds! The boys put up a great fight in their first two games, losing by very little! Their third game, however, was a different story!! The boys finished well ahead of their competition this time!!! The girls played three games as well, and put three more wins under their belt! Congratulations, Trojans!! The season begins again the second week back in January! Check the school calendar for the JH basketball schedule!
